I have a batch of chardonnay bulk aging in a carboy. It has been about 18 months. Is it still good to bottle or should I dump it?

Yes it was a kit. Right. I think they only labeled it only with sulphate.

It was sulphate and ksorbate. Should I add a bit of kmeta? I am dealing with a new basement environment. This has never happened before. I'm guessing the cooler temps squeezed the carboy.
