    Plumfuzzled

I'd like to start some plum wine, and I have two quarts of Coloma concentrate and no recipe. I've made several successful batches from other fruit concentrates, but never plum. Homely Pears

I was gifted these homely pears and I don't know the variety. I've had them in a paper bag for a week and I can barely see any change. I'm afraid they'll rot before they ripen. They are still pretty hard. Any suggestions?

Surely this question has been asked, but has anyone archived Jack Keller's recipes? I see the website has been removed.

    Elderberry concentrate

Thanks for the info. Now there's a twist. While cleaning out the freezer, we found 10-1 quart bags of last years blueberries. I think I'll try and do an elder and blue mix. I already have a name picked out for the new batch. "Don't Panicle." It makes sense in my warp.

    Elderberry concentrate

I've been off the forum for a while, but I'm still making country wine, albeit in a bit lazier way. I have less time for fruit picking, so I use concentrates. I just discovered that Brownwood Acres now has elderberry concentrate in quarts. I'm wondering if anyone has developed a recipe that they...
