    Where is the warm weather?

    luck with growing own root vinifera

    I have none root stock vines doing well in Missouri. Cab sav ,Sav Blanc and Pinio Gris . A little high maintenance but doing well.

    I’m not here promoting Chambourcin wine or Augusta wine . But I sipped Augusta Winery’s Cham over 4 days 750 and then busted open a 2016 Malbec from Argentina . Augusta Cham wins hands down.just my opinion.

    Crimson Cabernet

    That would be Sandy Ridge . Blumenhof buys their crimson Cabernet grapes. From what I’ve been reading the average return per acre is 4500lbs per acre. I’m just jamming some numbers and trying to figure out if this is worth the effort to plant.
