Did you end up destemming? I am interested in trying this one out but I'm from the desert and have no experience with chokecherries.

Got a cranberry/orange going in secondary. Seems to be still fermenting? Bubbling, already added sorbate, do I add more or let it sit?

What was SG at? The higher it is, the higher your ABV will be. I've made a few very potent ones before, it happens I think my first mesquite was 16% haha Sent from my iPhone using Wine Making

Absolutely! As long as there are people in your area that have it! I've only found like 2 postings for any type of winemaking stuff here in Tucson lol
