I am semi retired, spending all my spare time either working on my house and yard/garden/pond, growing many things indoors, painting-sketching, making wine, walking, or making various creative-crafty things, writing ebooks and teaching art classes. I work full time seasonally in the summer and take the winters off. I also help my husband with his small bakery in our home. just doing deliveries when I'm available. ( I don't bake!)

I make organic wine from everything I can find that's usable. I collect material for wine making in the freezer all summer then spend time in the winters making the wine. So far my two favourites are rose petal and chocolate mint. I have made strawberry, wild raspberry, blackberry, rhubarb, ground cherry, cherry, apple, crabapple, chocolate mint, rose petal, lilac, wild grape, and a few others I just don't remember. I have also made white wine from a kit but prefer my own without chemicals (00 sweetness, of course, without sulfite). Its a great hobby!
