Clearly, I'm relatively new at this. I'm making a Petit Verdot and fermentation has stopped. I had my packages on the table and by mistake added the chitosan at the same time as the sorbate-sulphite and kiesosol. The chitosan is supposed to be added tomorrow. Should I get new packs of citosan...
