I agree here. I'm saving one bottle from every batch I make no matter what. I'm going to have quite the colorful collection of labels and yummy wine once I'm done. :D

Mmmm...now that sounds right up my ally. I'll have to do something like that; plus the triple the recipe is pretty good too with how fast it goes. I know I'll probably always have a batch going. Ones half way through right now and I'm starting one with grape slurry come next week. :D

Lime juice...yum! What if I've already added all 3 bottles of lemon, isn't that a lot of tartness? What you did is exactly what I had planned with mine for optimal flavor. I think the lime sounds delicious with the blueberry though.

I added non-diluted concentrated juice. I'm okay with no more alcohol cause I'm just seeking flavor. :h
