I just started fermenting a Chilean Malbec about 7 days ago and would like to make it a Cranberry Malbec (like the Island Mist kits). I have a couple of questions:
1. Should I make the F-Pack from juice or fruit?
2. If I make from juice, what is the proper method? Buy a bottle of Cranberry...

Did the crush on Saturday. Going to need a container to keep the juice after the press. Our yield is going to be around 60 gallons give or take. Would it be ok to secondary the juice in Brute trashcans?
Hey guys thanks for the tips. I was able to score via Craig's list 2 Wine presses and a motorized grape crusher for $500. You had to pick my jaw up off the floor when the guy made me the offer. I'm picking them up tonight. September can't come quick enough.
