I made a similar cleaning device with a polybutylene sink supply line and cloth, but the cloth keeps winding around the supply tubing. I now just use dawn dishwasher liquid and swirl it around the Carboy.
I did it that way before I got my Allinone. I put a 3" piece of tubing on my bottling wand then attached it to the valve. Then just slide the bottle up the wand. The punted bottles are a pain, but otherwise it works good. Note: the valve needs to be taken off and cleaned often too.

A new adventure unfolds. Two weeks ago, I retired from Ga Dept of Corrections after 30 years of service. I've enjoyed my 2 week retirement [emoji3] and will be starting another full time job tomorrow morning. Completely different work with all new people. Let's see what happens.
We got through it ok. Wind gusts were recorded by my neighbors weather station at 68 mph. We got over 6" rain (my gauge only holds 6") Lots of debris down, but no trees on my place. We lost power for a day and a half. Last year's Matthew was worse for us.
