    MM Alljuice Pinot Grigio

    Just received a MM Pinot Grigio Alljuice kit.When I opened the bucket noticed 2 oak packets.I never had oak added to Pinot Grigio.Has anyone else used this kit. I just wanted to make sure they weren"t put in by error.

    Started a RJS en Primeur kit with Grape Skins (Zinfandel) On Nov 4 with starting sg 1.090 temp 74.Racked at 1.010 on Nov 12.Now on day 17 it seems to be stuck at 1.000 air lock still bubbling,but sg doesn't seem to go down.Do you think this is done.

    Making Mosti Mondaiale all juice masters edition amarone w/raisins.Up to phase 2 on instruction sheet sg at 0.096 day 14 .It said to not add siligel and liquifel if bulk aging.     I got 4 pails of Mosti Mondiale juice (chianti,nebbiolo,merlot & montepulciano).on Oct4th.put yeast in (1/2 packet pasteor red).room tempt was 75 .
