Can I raise the pH after primary fermentation?? I put my wine into fermentation 2 week ago and i didnt know much about pH then.. now when knew about pH i ordered a pH meter asap and checked.. it was. Really acidic.. i have ordered calcium carbonate but i guess it wil take some time to get it...
Got it.. maybe I'll go with one tablespoon of calcium carbonate .. and check the pH in 2 days of gap.. I'm going to raise it to 3.4 or somewhere .. i guess that would be great
Thank you so much for all the info.. i also have stuckfermentation going on here.. checked the pH and it's 2.1.. should I add calcium carbonate and make the pH to 3 or 3.4 and add yeast?
