Hi Bill, I questioned this too, but I am fairly confident we raised the initial to 1.3 with the intention of requiring less back sweetening.

Hi Bill, It's now several months later, how did the Raspberry Tea Wine come out? I am starting a batch today that uses Celestial Seasonings Blueberry Tea as a base and adding in crushed blueberries to enhance. Can't wait to see how it comes out.
