    Wild Grapes

Hi all, Been making fruit wines for the past year and have been enjoying learning the process and the product! Just purchased my first Wild Grapes kits (cabernet sauvignon and moscato). Does anyone have any experience with how they come out? I'm trying to decide if I want to make the wines as...

    Mass Wine Club

Hi all, How many of us are there in Mass? Disappointed we don't have at least one wine club or something, at least that I have been able to find. Anyone know of any? If not, would be interested in taking part in one if one was started? Obviously, this would be organized now and postponed...

    ABV Calculation

Hi all, I made a batch of Corn Whiskey Wine using EC118. Original gravity was 1.3, and I am getting final reading as 0.996. Assuming these measurements are accurate, what is the final ABV? The calculation I am coming up with doesn't seem feasible from what I understand about yeast alcohol...

    July 2018 WOTM CLUB

Hi Bill, It's now several months later, how did the Raspberry Tea Wine come out? I am starting a batch today that uses Celestial Seasonings Blueberry Tea as a base and adding in crushed blueberries to enhance. Can't wait to see how it comes out.
