    The water was boiled and cooled before adding the yeast and sprinkle of sugar. But thank you for responding. I didn’t realise you could ferment wine that quickly. So I buy this K stuff and add to the demijohn and then what? Rack off after a few weeks and bottle after a few more? thanks
