.looks like I have a neighbor. I moved from NH to Port Charlotte 3 years ago. Been making alittle wine from kits only, about 30 gals. Only doing it in the winter, gets to hot in summer. Maybe we can get together. Wino from the North- nilesb92

Wade, I am about to make some of the above wine. Most of the recipes call for 15 to 18 lbs of fruit. You are calling for 30lbs, why the extra? Also do you crush the fruit or just bag it and pour the water over it. I am new at this as far as making from scratch, although I have 5 gals. of...
