What is the largest number of varieties you've had going at the same time or what is the larges volume you've made? I was thinking of starting a 3rd batch but don't want to buy extra equipment.
What is the most wine anyone has had 'going' at once? I mean primary or secondary fermentation, not bottled. Either total gallons or number of batches. I have 2 in carboys and was going to start a 3rd but don't want to buy another carboy, my white may not clear quick enough to get in bottles...
I don't rinse but I do make sure everything has a chance to drip a minute or two, no pooling or puddles in the bottoms. I don't have near the years of experience some others do though.

I let everything drip dry but don't rinse.
Does anyone else get sick when mixing/using pot meta or sod meta? The last two times I made a solution I had nausea and stuffy nose.
