  • good morning. tom. st allie.mmadmikes,wade,leanne. thanks for the warm welcome . Snowed here yesterday guess my wine making is over for this year.this year i was able to make 10 gal. of rainere cherrys .let them get good and ripe before picking them have six trees in back of house .

    have racked that wine 4 times now looking through the carboys with light remindes me of large ruby. verry, verry , clear getting redy to bottle when i get back from NY, around march.

    so wats the best cork to use secth. or cork. just bought a floor corker makes for less strain.
    Also made some concord grape wine have an old vine around 100 years old growing on rock fence .picked 200 pounds then hand crushed used the juice no plup wanted to make a blush. got 25gals looking real good sec racking ,going to it set for awile . will be making ,peach apercott .necterin,this next year will need all the input you all can give me ,have large cellar 40'x 50' need to fill it up.Best to ALL

    i am new to this sight.
    havent been making wine that long. i live in cashmere wa. alot of Orchards here. just made 10 gal. rainere cherry wine have 6 trees. geting ready to bottle in march. just got done pressing 200# of concord grapes for wine made a blush out of them
