My love for wine was birthed early, as my father would hold art exhibitions and serve cheap box wines (which to a young lad like myself were a piece of taboo heaven). Later on, once I could order my own alcohol, he and I went on a sculpting trip to Italy where I was introduced to the magic that is the Italian red.
I started working at a U-Vint around the beginning of 2018, and it really awakened my desire to make and taste wines on a more professional level. Always looking to broaden my horizons; eventually to boldly go where few have gone.
Outside of work I am an actor and writer, by both trade and hobby. I am currently involved in a winery-touring dinner theatre troupe in my home town this summer. Looking to complete my WSET Level One this year and work my way forward.
