    Yes that's where I got it in Niagara on the lake . It's called Watson's winery I also tried some of their Merlot, Cab Franc juice and Gewürztraminer

    Just finished bottling some Ice wine. For my first time making it . It came out pretty good Used a gallon of Vidal Ice grape juice . Next yr will try the Cab Franc Ice juice . Cheers

    Thank you for your replys . I think I may try one demijohn with some sugar syrup and chilling one demijohn . When Chilling to 32f .Are you Chilling in the glass demijohn ?

    Morning Looking for some feedback on adjusting some wine . Pinot Noir Ph 3.52 TA .66 Taste is good . I think this one is ok Zinfandel Ph 3.68 Ta is .66 Taste ok I think this one is ok Cab Franc Ph 3.83 Ta .51 . I think I will raise this with some Tartic Acid Not sure about these...

    Thanks for the feed back everyone. So racked the gross lees and did the MLF. Sg ranged from .996 to 1.012 MLF has started lots of small bubbles . Thanks for your help . First time doing MLF . How long should that take . Thanks

    Thanks for your help Trying this method of wine making usually I just buy the pails pre done and ferment . I also have a Merlot and Cab Sauv I will be picking up . Is there a chart for brix , ph , ta for the different grapes .Or all reds and whites are fall within a range .

    Hello Just starting a Gewurztraminer wine . Fresh juice Brix at 19.9 Ph at 3.47 Acid at 6.9 Would anyone be making adjustments to this must ? Thanks
