Just bottled my first batch yesterday and chilled a couple glasses last night before dinner. It’s very good! Sweet and tart at the same time, with a nice berry flavor. It was about 30 days from start to finish, and probably $25 in material (I scraped old bottles). Excited to see how it changes...
