    Learning To Keg

    I keep mine in the fridge too. The gauge showing how much CO2leftin the tank will not be as accurate in the cold fridge, but so what. When the co2 runs out get it refilled and you're back in business. Kegging is the only way to go! You'llnever want tobottle again.

    Anyone have experience using HDPE plastic barrels or IBC totesfor secondary fermentation or for storage? If so how long can you keep wine in this type of container without having micro-oxidation problems? Any off flavors or odors?

    Same here mark. The two vines that had damage was opposite of the road and surrounded by our feilds and woods. I can't figure it out. Thank goodness they've recovered.
