Great thread! I just picked up a WE Select Valroza red wine kit cheap off of Craigs List from someone who closed a store. I was going to tweak it with Zante Currant raisins, oak, and Tannin. I opened it up and saw that it has a dried elderberry pack and am wondering if the raisins will...

Just opened up the Valroza and it has a small dry elderberry pouch. I am wondering if 1 cup currants would overpower the elderberry? Thanks, David
