I would love to make a sparkling blueberry wine, has anybody gotten any history with this? Even without the sparking part how much blueberries would one need to make a 6 gallon batch? Can i use store bought? How much sugar/ water to add? Could i use bentonite during the primary ?

I have a extra Carboy and a bucket! I was debating a nice Apple cider with a cinnamon touch , whatever recipe y’all are thinking of please allow for a 6 gallon bucket/carboy. What do y’all like to do on the side?
did you ever figure out how long to let them sit? during primary or secondary? I would prefer to let them sit couple of months with no stirring, so im assuming once the wine has been cleared and no sediment at the bottom.
During the primary fermentation is it safe to say any bucket or object that can hold the liquid will do? Knowing whatever that will be used will be cleaned and sanitized? I like the carboy for the secondary but trying to figure out what else I can use.
Bottle shock? being the new guy I am can you go a little more into this? does this occur when the bottle has been aged to long or short? is it something that just naturally occurs?
