Thank you for the clarification. Do you make your wine from grapes or from a kit? I am not near any wine producing region (the Okanagan is 800 km and several mountain passes away) so have been using kits for wine. Would be really lovely to be able to purchase or grow grapes

Thanks, I really should start making tasting notes and see how it develops. Haven’t done this yet, I started making wine about a year ago, but now that some of the wines have had a chance to age a bit it would be good idea to compare. Do you bulk age or bottle age?
