I have a couple questions. Did you put the yeast in while the boiling water was still hot? Secondly did you put your hydrometer in while the water was still hot?

I typically do my primary in a bucket or a wide mouthed jug, if you can get your hands on them wine bags or some pantyhoes work well.

Hello all. I am from British Columbia and currently make wines with organic frozen fruits from the store. Looking into getting crazy with some fake sugars like jolly ranchers.
