    Which filter pad should I use?

    They have 3 options coarse, polish, and micron The third one is mainly for white wines so its between coarse and polish. My wine is a winexpert cabernet kit, I have used the clearing chemicals and racked off the bottom stuff. Let me know what you think, thanks

    What do you guys think is better. I know it depends on the kit and the wine/grape juice. But generally will I get better quality on the dollar if I buy juice vs wine kits? Any experiences with this? Basically I'm asking how does wine made from winemaking juice compare to wine kits

    Can I ferment a 3 gallon batch in a 7 gallon mash bucket? I will then transfer to a 3 gallon carboy once fermentation is done
