Honestly, have a 25 liter demijohn, a 54 liter demijohn, and three 19 liter carboys empty at this time, as I won't have room to store the wine if made that much. Yes, I have a very serious problem -- I need more storage space ....

Exactly, and it validates my point. It's not "I have too many carboys" but "I need more storage space".

BTW, I need more storage space.

Bryan, that may be true (ok, it is) but has any wine maker ever said, "I have too many carboys"?

I honestly thought I did once… found a great deal on someone’s setup, bringing my total to 11. I have since purchased more!

@Lynn Sue, signing up with WMT was probably a mistake. We are all enablers -- we will all encourage you to buy more carboys, make more wine, until your home resembles one of those "hoarding - buried alive" shows, except instead of magazines and junk, you will have carboys and wine.

Too many? Yes. I came back from a 2 month vacation and realized I had 16 5-galloon batches to bottle. Thank goodness for bulk aging!
