Cause 13.3% ABV was just not EEOH enough for you? :)

Just say no to 14.1% ABV white wines! :d

I need to print your reply out and stick on my wall!

I tweaked the last couple of whites I've made and they are stout, kinda thick, and actually taste better after a couple of ice cubes melt in the glass to water them down.

They do seem to improve by the second glass, but the third glass pushes me into the no go zone. They are CBE....crude, but effective. I've come to view whites with the "less is more" they don't seem to like a ham fisted approach!
