    Removing Labels with Sous Vide

    Hi all, I remove the labels from my wine bottles with my Sous Vide machine. Set the temperature to 190 Deg. Put bottles in for 30 minutes. Please use tongs and cloths to handle bottles. Remove bottle, drain water and labels peel off fairly good. I still have to scrape off the glue on some (25%)...
