    WOW..... Where to start. Lots of people out there who like lite wines. Myself included. I never add more than 3 lbs. of peaches per gallon because it becomes hard to clear. Often still cloudy after a year. Just because someone doesn't do it your way doesn't not make it wrong. This is a hobby...

    How did you find our forum?

    The Rice_Guy is correct. Adding more fruit will produce a more "full-bodied" wine. But be careful, two years ago I tied using 3-1/2 lbs fruit per gallon and the wine never did clear. Even at 3 lbs per gallon it can take many months to clear.

    Jujube something or other

    About 4 years back I planted 28 small jujube trees. They now range in size from 3' to 6' high. Last fall was the first year most of them produced anything. Some trees only had a few berries but several trees had dozens. So as the berries ripened I'd eat a few but most I tossed in the freezer...
