I didn't realize how fun and addictive making wine could be! I've only been making wine since last May and I have made quite a bit of wine in less than one year. it was the best way for improvement as I constantly brewing wine... Sometimes 2-3 at a time! I have fruit frozen from a while back...
I saw some using actual chocolate or cocoa etc. I just made one by using chocolate Milan syrup to back sweeten. Came out good... Seems easier than trying clear chocolate from wine. Any thoughts?
