What would cause the grapes to fall off the vine before they are ripe

Last two nights it has been 26 to 27 degrees going to 26 tonight. Grapes are not budding but my peach trees are showing color.probably won't have any peaches this year.

pruned yoday Nice day today sunny and 65. Got all my vines pruned today I only have 50 vines Found one with green leaf showing. The rest of the buds were tight. No bleeding so far. Vinnie

Had my soil tested at Penn State They say to apply 0.05lbs of Urea Per 100 sq. ft And 0.05 lbs of 0-46-0 per 100 sq ft should I buy them separately and apply around the grapevines. and any of them better then others. Vinnie

I got the pictures up The 1st picture is a valvin muscat. 2nd & 3rd pictures are Marquette they did not do all the same as you can see. 4th picture are a assortment of table grapes. The 5th picture is a Catawba. I have some more beds prepared I'm going to plant 20 more Marquette vines this spring.
