    Restaurant/pub making beer and wine.

    I would check at the State level first. Some do not allow you to produce multiple types (beer, wine and spirits) in the same facility. I think I read about alternating premises in California but that might be for a contract (aka. custom crush) winery not beer/wine mix. Not sure can't do it...
