Started this kit today the store where I get my supplies had it on sale for 65.99. I couldn't pass it up at that price. SG was 1.100 when I started it. Has anyone made this kit and what should I expect. Thanks in advance.
Racked my 3gallon batch of apple wine tonight SG on the 22nd was 1.086 tonight when I racked to secondary gravity reading was .998. Smell is fantastic.
i started a 3 gallon batch of this tonight.
3 gallon of juice and cider 1/2 and 1/2
2 3/4 lbs sugar S.G.1.050 before sugar added after sugar added 1.086
3/4 tsp Tannin
3 tsp. yeast Nutrient
3 tsp.Acid Blend
1 1/2 Pectic Enzyme

Been looking for a filter system for the last few months picked this up yesterday for 100.00 used 1 time said it was too small for the amount of wine he filters nice for me.
Racked and filtered my peach wine today back sweetened to an excellent taste started this the beginning of august here are some pics will bottle in a couple of months
