    yeah I already did the stablization part. Also good point on being able to read a letter through the pee. I did this and it is all good. Gonna back sweeten this now.

    Question is that since it is really clear can I just go ahead, transfer it and back sweeten it? Then of course let it sit for 2 weeks to make sure no new fermentation has started. I figure this would be ok, but I wanted to pick folks brains about this.

    oh I just put the top on with a air lock and it is bubbling away. Going to take a SG reading tomorrow and see where I am at.
