Hey, wine makers I just racked 5 gallons of Muscadine wine out of my primary bucket into a 6 gallon carboy, what do I use to top it off to get the carboy full ? I've read that you use a commercial wine are some of your older stock. need some advise please! Thanks for any help! bsea

I was trying to make a new batch of grape wine out of consintrate and i read my Hydrometer wrong and added to much sugar, Hydrometer reads 1.150 instead of the proper 1.100 what do i do now my bucket id full of juice...do i take some out and add water are can i continue with the fermintation...
