    might have a look around for the grapes sorry been away been flat out with my last job was working 7 days 12 to 15 hours a day anyone know quantity's to use or a mix they have tryed i like the dollas type of Lambrusco would be doing about 5 gallon batch to start with

    where can i order some concentrate on a tightish budget the best price i have seen for the kits is 270 ish up and lower depending on your choice but no Lambrusco i really like this type of wine my one of choice is dolce if that helps at all i live in oz

    iv been looking for a recipe i don't want to do extract as they want 270 hear in oz for your kits that make only 30l and if i was to stuff it up that a fair bit of bank to just waist now im just after a sort of in between Lambrusco so dry and sweet at same time if anyone has a recipe laying...

    is this where i be a smart *** and take a pic of a pot and a few fermentors lol all i do is kinda extract just get the malts and then do all the boiling like the hop additions comes out good at the moment just bottled 50L of beer today i so hate bottling so looking forward to getting enough cash...

    Im chris from australia i have joined hear to learn the ins and outs of making wine I currently make beer and spirits by all grain. Mainly want to learn how to make it decent lambrusco to start with will look forward talking
