    Unfortunately I dont have a Ph tester but do u think if I add abit more water will raise the ph and then keep whipping the crap out of it to rid of the campden will work?

    I think its just mixed in with the rest of the stuff because of the turbulance going on in there. I think the best thing would be to rack into a primary fermenter and use paper towels to absorb the oil then as u said rack it back into the carboy.
