Adding Cinnamon sticks to Merlot
I need to know if anyone has used Cinnamon sticks in wine kits? I have a RJS Washington Merlot ( with skins) and Oak saw dust (which I don't like) in first fermentation and ready to rack to Carboy on Saturday. Can I add Cinnamon sticks and what does it do to the taste? How many stick to 6 gal...- Lynn1

Bottling Port
I need some advise re: bottling Port. In the instructions that comes with all RJS Kit. Under the bottling part for this Port ( CSS Orange Choc )is states to used the small 375 ml. As you know it is only a 3 gal kit. Can someone Please explain why I should use the small bottles? If it were you...- Lynn1
