    I did my first racking after stabilizing and there was an amazing layer of sediment. Ihad the carboy set up at an angle and got all of the clear and some dregs. After adding the extra K-meta it took almost one and one half bottles to top it off. It is looking really good.

    Why does the Brew Belt say to not use it on glass? Looks like the plastic in the primary would be more of a heat problem.Edited by: mikeforeman

    Started the Australian Verdehlo on 1/20/07 (SG 1.084). Racked to secondary 1/27/07 (GS 1.004). Really active, foaming halfway up the neck. looking good!

    I stopped by to see George today. He had alredymoved all three kits tocarboys. The MM kits were working like mad. The Port smelled like candy. I can't wait to taste it.
