What have I done...10 days after stabilising and Clearing WE Woodbridge Cab...it has not cleared. When I cleared etc. I used my trusty wine whip and stirred the heck out of the lees. Now it won't go away???? I can still see the "saw dust oak" suspended in the wine...what to do?....what to do...

Just got done w/primary fermentation of a WE Woodbridge Ranch Cab...SG was .990, should I skip step 2 and go to stabilising and clearing or wait the 10 days??

Folks, This weekend is the 28th day for my VR Cab kit and I havea few questions: A. Should I rack to another carboy and leave for a few more weeks?? B. If I do A shouldIadd some Campden tabs???? C. Should I just say to heck with it and bottle it?? Any and every opinion welcomed.

Very first batch...used a VR Cab kit. Funny thing was that the primary fermentation bubbled like crazyday and night. SG was .994 after the required time period, so off it went into the carboy. Here is the strange part, I don't think the wine fermented a bit in the carboy. The SG went to .992 and...
