    High sugar content in my blueberry

    I starteda 3 gal. batch of blueberryyesterday with wild Maine blueberries. I checked the SG before adding the yeast tonight and it read 1.130. It looks so good... I hate tomess this up.Is there anything I should do to dilute the sugar?

    After testing, do you toss the sample?

    I've been pouring my hydrometer test samples back into the batch. Now -I read that you should to toss each sample out to avoid contamination.
