Anybody up for a wine exchange? Bottle for a bottle, shipping not
included. I'm not ready personaly yet, but I thought that it
would be a great way to get to try new and different wines and get
feedback on those wines.
Planted some apple mint and some chocolate mint for wine making.
Anybody worked with mint before? How does it taste? Should
I try to make a heavy or light dessert wine?
My celler is the garage. We were at 100-110 temp for the last
week. I don't want to think what the inside of the garage
was. What is the affect of the high temps for the wine in the
carboy.
Any tips on how to keep the wine at a reasonable temp for fermenting.

Working on a batch of apple wine. How and what do you stabilize
with? Tasted it today (racking into secondary), it was bubbley
and pretty dry. I didn't think it tasted too bad, but...

Does anybody know where I can get some Double Magnums or
Imperials? Can't seem to find them. I don't really want to
buy the wine just to get the bottle, gets kinda expensive.
