    Cherry instead of oak wood

    cherry wood time i tried an non-comeercial made Refosco [italian red grape] wine at an guild wineshow made with cherry wood and i really liked it. As for time needed this website will give tou an idea...they claim 6 weeks IF you have the right volume of honeycomb to volume of wine. best of...
