Thats right its a kit pinot grigio,realized that i bottled too soon didnt degass properly,now the question: its been in the bottles about a month,can i dump it all back into a carbouy and degass? then bottle again or is it a wasted batch.....thanx

As far as a second racking goes should I wait for the secondary fermentation to complete? or should I rack and degass now?opinions appreciated....made from juice the last week in september....racked the second week of october into a demi its been slowly calming down ever since....smells great

making my first brew from a kit, german octoberfest,it is in a 6 gallon pail fermentation has yet to begin it has been 36 hours,question: should i open the pail and stir daily?to mix the yeast,or should i leave it alone and sealed with airlock...thanx

making my first batch of beer from a brewers best kit,german octoberfest my question is , what kind of water should i use I have a reverse osmosis in the house or should i buy spring water,my dilema is does the osmosis take to many minerals?

maybe a dumb question ,i have never tried to make beer but am going to give it a go,my question is can i use a 6 gallon demi instead of 5 gallon or is it like winemaking where it has to be filled to the top,using a kit that makes 5 gallons ...thanx

any help would be appreciated ,my pinot noir is in a demi 15 gal rite now i fermented in the pails and mixed into demi john,did not degass the wine {my newbiness} the sg is at .0990 rite now the wine seems to be degassing but not that much,my question is if i add my pottasium metabisulfate now...
