    Using a 4 different 1 gallon jugs?

    I'm looking at making a few different recipes. Blueberry,cherry, pineapple,apple. I want to use 4 different 1 gallon containers. Will it work if I do 1 fermentation stage only, and then bottle immediately? Or do I absolutely need secondary fermentor? Thanks
