    great catch! These typically (not sure if always) have a good amount of methanol (CH3OH), a big no no to consume.

    Just in case anyone isn't clear on this, denatured alcohol it toxic, so don't drink any wine samples that have been tested in this way.

    SO4 is the rootstock for you, then! It should be ok in soggy soil. If you don't have to water it, even better.

    Nice I’ll take a look. Also big tip the best yeast for Zinfandel in my opinion is RP-15.
