Hello everybody. So far I've made Selection International Pinot Noir and South African Pinotage. Both were bottled around xmas 2011. I don't think I did anything incorrectly, but I'm not too impressed yet. I see you need to age it at least 6 months. I'll wait of course, but I'm skeptical...
