add sugar and concentrate and let sit for 2 weeks to settle then bottle but be careful the sediment can be easily disturbed

I made it from boiled sweet potato juice and it a cloudy orange color I am going to put some amylase in it to get rid of the starch haze and then use some sparkeloid to clear it up I hope I think I can top it off with a cheep white wine what do y'all think

I called sevral wine making stores and all of them said they are not sure if the 38mm will fit.I have 12 gallons of cranberry skeeter pee I want to put in these jugs but I need some caps .I could use bleach jug caps but I am not sure if I want to use them
