Lalvin EC1118 would be a good candidate.

You don't start your wine in a carboy, but in a primary (bucket). Take a sg reading now and when it down to around 1.020 rack it to a carboy.

If one was going to make a small batch this is the way to go. Vinters Harvest is good but your either making three or five gallons at a time. I think that I'll try and make a gallon batch with the Ribena Black Currant concentrate.

Wade I just made three gallons from Vintners Harvest and it's in the secondary. You just might be able to make it cheaper with Ribena Black Currant concentrate. If I can figure what the ratio would be with this concentrate I would have a better idea. You could easily make a 1 gallon batch if you...

Has anybody out here made Black Currant fromRibena Blackcurrant Concentrate? Do you have a recipe? Any input would be appreciated.

I've had this problem also the printer is unable to print that close to the edge of the paper... I just had to do away with the background color to fix it.
