If it's too thin in flavor after ferm you can always make a F-pack to bring up the flavor.

I have always used the Red Star Montrachet with good results. Maybe someone with alot more
yeast knowledge will come along if there is any better one to use? Good Luck

superkleer will work.

Sure can, if it's stablized then sweeten and top off then let sit. Can always add a clearing
agent if wanting faster clear time.Good luck!

Have heard of some tying floss to the hydrometer to lower into the carboy to test. The more
different size vessels the better, and some labels to keep track. Good luck

I feel like a traitor to my winemaking today. Can a man (woman) really have more than one
